TI-89 Titanium video player
A high-frame-rate, high-detail video player that runs on my own graphing calculator. Raw video came to over 100 MB, so I designed a format that records only the pixels that change color between frames. That beat run-length encoding on both size and read speed, and brought the file down to about half a megabyte.
The built-in line routine was too slow, so I wrote a horizontal-line drawing routine in inline assembly. Timer interrupts then pace playback at a steady 32 fps, and the program loads in chunks to fit the calculator's memory.
